We launched our conservation study which revealed the existence of 2 previously unknown buildings erected for the poet himself. Historic Buildings expert William Napier, Author of the study, concluded that Ellisland is the ‘most authentic’ Robert Burns home.

We were also a top story on the BBC website, The Scotsman, The National and Local site DnG Media. Almost 100 people attended the online launch of the study, many of them becoming members of the Robert Burns Ellisland Trust.
