Young Trads Christmas Concert, Saturday 14 December 2019, 7pm

We are delighted that yet again our Youth Ambassadors, led by Rose Byers, are staging a fantastic Christmas concert with the best of young Scottish talent.  Last year’s event was absolutely fantastic, and we are sure the 2019 concert will live up to this high standard.

Headlining is the BBC Scotland’s Young Traditional Musician of the Year Hannah Rarity, with Annie Massie and local young musicians, including Rose Byers.

Tickets are £10, and £5 for young people, and are available from Ellisland, the Midsteeple in Dumfries or online dgboxoffice.co.uk.

About

Burns experienced his most creative and fruitful years here at Ellisland. He found great poetic inspiration in the beauty of the surrounding countryside, the various people he met and the events he witnessed whilst living here.
