Kitchen Ceilidh at Ellisland

Storytelling, Recitals and Song in Burns’ Kitchen

Weds 9 October, 7-9pm

Join us and local performers to recreate the atmosphere of a social evening in the time of Burns in his kitchen at Ellisland. You are welcome to add your voice or instrument to the entertainment.

Admission £7.00, pay on the door, but please telephone 01387 740426 or email friends@ellislandfarm.co.uk to book. Proceeds will go towards Ellisland and delivering our Young Trads concert.

Ellisland Farm is conveniently situated on the road between Robert Burns' birthplace in Alloway and his final resting place at St Michael's Cemetery in Dumfries.

There is so much to see at Ellisland Farm, so please allow at least an hour for a short visit and two to three hours for a full visit. We're a short, 5 mile drive from the centre of nearby Dumfries, just off the A76.
